Terms & Conditions MB99 – Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

To register and use the MB99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and at all times while using the MB99 platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the local laws applicable to you.
• Not appearing on any exclusion or prohibition list maintained by MB99 or any relevant authority.
• Acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Depositing funds from legitimate sources that are not proceeds of any illegal or criminal activity.

MB99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete. MB99 is not liable for any losses incurred during the suspension period.

Registering an MB99 account is free and requires complete, accurate information. All details provided during registration must be truthful, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your MB99 account information up to date whenever changes occur.

• One account only: Each individual is permitted only one MB99 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
• Password: You are solely responsible for keeping your MB99 account password confidential. MB99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Account security: Any activity that occurs on your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact MB99 support immediately.
• Identity verification (KYC): MB99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (MyKad or passport) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a specified limit.

Where MB99 confirms the existence of multiple accounts linked to a single individual, MB99 reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit all bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of an investigation.

Deposit Terms:

MB99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.

• Holding multiple accounts or attempting to open a new account after a previous one has been closed.
• Self-exclusion request activated by the member.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, MB99 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with the breach. The original deposited funds (if any) will be returned based on a case-by-case assessment once the investigation is concluded.

Members may also choose to close their MB99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures within 3–5 working days.
