How to Log In to Your MB99 Account – Quick Guide

Logging in to your MB99 account is quick and straightforward. Whether you're on a desktop, smartphone, or tablet, the steps are the same and take less than 30 seconds.

Every MB99 login session is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Your login credentials are never transmitted in plain text and cannot be intercepted by any third party in transit.

Security alert: MB99 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. If you receive such a message, it is a scam. Always access MB99 exclusively through the official URL mb99-jit.com.

1
Open the MB99 Login Page
Visit mb99-jit.com from your web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all work seamlessly. Make sure you are using the correct URL to avoid phishing sites. The MB99 login page is accessible directly from the main navigation menu or via the "Login" button found on any page of the platform.
2
Enter Username or Email
Enter the username or email address you used when registering your MB99 account. The MB99 login system accepts both formats — you do not need to remember which one you signed up with. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your username.
3
Enter Your Password
Enter your MB99 account password carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive — make sure Caps Lock is not accidentally on. Use the eye icon on the right side of the password field to reveal your password if you need to confirm it was entered correctly.
4
Select "Remember Me" If Appropriate
Check "Remember Me" if you are on a secure personal device and want MB99 to keep your session active for easier future logins. Do not check this option if you are on a public computer, a shared office machine, or any device that others may have access to.
5
Click "Login Now" and Start Playing
Click the Login button and the MB99 system will verify your credentials and take you straight to your account dashboard. From there, you can jump into your favourite games, check your balance, manage deposits and withdrawals, or review the latest bonus and promotion offers available to your account.

MB99 Login Security – Protected at All Times

MB99 uses the latest security technology to keep your account protected from online threats

256-bit SSL Encryption
All login data is transmitted through 256-bit SSL encrypted channels. No third party can intercept or read your information during the authentication process.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enable 2FA in your MB99 account settings for an extra layer of security. Any new login from an unrecognised device will require an SMS verification code sent to your registered Malaysian number.
Passwords Are Never Stored in Plain Text
MB99 account passwords are stored using strong cryptographic hashing with random salting. Even MB99 staff cannot view your actual password — this is an intentional security design.
Suspicious Login Detector
MB99's system automatically monitors login patterns. If a login from a new location or device is detected, you'll receive an immediate email notification. Unrecognised logins can be blocked directly from within your account.

MB99 Account Security Tips for Malaysian Players

The security of your MB99 account is a shared responsibility — MB99 invests in robust security infrastructure on our end, but you also play a key role in keeping your account safe from unauthorised access. Below are the best practices we recommend to all Malaysian players.

  • Use a unique, strong password for your MB99 account — never reuse a password from another account
  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your MB99 account settings for added protection
  • Avoid logging in to your MB99 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi — use your Malaysian 4G/5G mobile data instead
  • Log out of your MB99 account after each session if you are using a device shared with others
  • Check email notifications from MB99 — contact support immediately if you receive a login alert that was not from you
  • Update your MB99 password regularly — at least once every 3 to 6 months for optimal security

Login Issues? We're Here to Help

There are several common reasons why Malaysian players run into trouble logging in to their MB99 account. Most issues can be resolved without contacting support — but if you're still having difficulty after trying the steps below, the MB99 support team is available 24/7 to help.

The most common cause of a failed login is a mistyped password — especially when Caps Lock is on without you realising it. Try reviewing your password by clicking the eye icon to reveal the text before submitting the form. If you are logging in with a username, make sure the spelling is exact, including any numbers or underscores you used when registering.

If you genuinely can't remember your MB99 password, use the "Forgot password?" function in the login form above. Enter your registered email address and MB99 will send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't appear in your main inbox.

In rare cases, your MB99 account may be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts — this is an automatic security mechanism to protect your account from brute force attacks. If this happens, wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact MB99 support via live chat to unlock your account immediately.

Contact MB99 support via in-platform live chat (response within 2–5 minutes, 24/7) or email support@mb99-jit.com with the subject line "Login Issue". Include your registered username or email for faster assistance.

FAQ – MB99 Account Login

The most frequently asked questions from Malaysian players about the MB99 login process and account security

Your MB99 account is automatically locked temporarily after several consecutive failed login attempts — this is a security mechanism designed to protect your account from unauthorised access. There are two ways to resolve this. First, wait 30 minutes — the temporary lock will be lifted automatically and you can try logging in again. Second, if you'd rather not wait, contact the MB99 support team via live chat (available 24/7) or email support@mb99-jit.com with the subject line "Account Locked". Include your username or registered email address and our team will process your unlock request promptly once your identity has been verified.

Technically, the MB99 system allows logins from multiple devices — for example, you may want to check your Sports Betting positions on your smartphone while playing Live Baccarat on your laptop. That said, for the security of your account, we recommend ensuring that only trusted devices under your control are accessing your MB99 account simultaneously. If you notice an active session from an unrecognised device in your account settings, change your password immediately and contact MB99 support for further investigation. A "Log out of all devices" function is available in your MB99 account security settings for emergency use.

This means two-factor authentication (2FA) has been enabled on your MB99 account — either by you, or as a security measure triggered when a login from a new device or location is detected. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security that ensures only you can access your MB99 account, even if your password has been compromised. An SMS code will be sent to the Malaysian phone number you registered when creating your account. If you do not receive the SMS within 2 minutes, check that your phone number is still active and has signal, or request a new code. If you have changed your Malaysian phone number, contact MB99 support to update this information through the appropriate identity verification process.

Be cautious — this may be a phishing attempt. MB99 does not send emails asking you to unexpectedly re-verify your account via an external link, and we will never ask for your password over email, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Before clicking any link in an email claiming to be from MB99, carefully check the sender's email address — official MB99 emails are sent from the mb99-jit.com domain only. If you have any doubt, do not click the link — go directly to mb99-jit.com from your browser and log in as usual. Then contact the MB99 support team via live chat to report the suspicious email. Our security team will investigate and take the appropriate action.

Yes, MB99 uses an automatic session timeout system as a security measure. If your MB99 account shows no activity for a set period — typically between 30 and 60 minutes depending on your security settings — the system will automatically log you out to protect your account. This is an important security feature, especially if you're logging in from a shared device or forget to log out manually. Your account balance and game progress will not be affected by an automatic session timeout — you'll simply need to log back in when you're ready to continue. If you enable the "Remember me" feature when logging in from your personal device, the session timeout period will be extended for your convenience.

To update the email address or Malaysian phone number registered to your MB99 account, log in and navigate to "Account Settings" or "Personal Information". Changing contact details is a security-sensitive process, so MB99 will require you to verify your identity before any changes are saved — typically via a verification code sent to your old email or phone number. If you no longer have access to the previously registered email or phone number, you will need to contact the MB99 support team directly and go through a more thorough identity verification process (which may include a copy of your MyKad) to ensure the security of the request. This is to protect your account from any unauthorised takeover attempts.
